We're working continuously to make the game mechanism much more balanced for all players and we're actively reading into your words and making note of suggestions offered to make this game more playable. Some changes may have some effects on certain players but all those changes are subjected to better enhance the majority's game experience.

That wasn't a suggestion. It was an expectation that you would fix a bug in your game and do right by the people that keep you in business.
But that would just be good business. Tell my readers again how you are only interested in taking their money but not providing any service when you're site fails.

You're not sorry. You don't appreciate my letters and you have no intention of making a better game. I'm not playing Evony because you're bug ruined my game.
Fix the problem like a reputable company would do.
